I didn’t set out to become a coach. I set out to heal myself. After years of repeating patterns I didn’t understand—people-pleasing, abandoning my own needs, shrinking to keep the peace—I finally asked the hard question: Why do I keep doing this?

That question led me down a path of deep self-discovery. I studied psychology, psychogenealogy, astrology, numerology, and human design. I became certified in multiple coaching modalities. But most importantly, I did the work on myself.

Today, I help women do the same. My core message is simple but powerful: Stop abandoning yourself. Every time you shrink to keep the peace, you teach yourself you’re not safe. Let’s change that lesson.
